Free house plans in Montreal

Custom home plans are free if we do the construction. These plans are possible thanks to the  Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. team which has the building technicians, architects, engineers and building contractors.

First we collect the plan of the land and we visit the site.

Then we make some sketches and drawings based on your tastes and the municipal zoning regulations.

Once these are approved by you we develop the plans and begin the work of the plans in more detail for the construction and also according to your needs, interior and exterior 3D images to give you a more realistic view of the entire project.

Throughout the creation you can come to our office to attend the Computer Aided Drafting.

Once the plans are created, a paper and electronic version is provided to you. This allows you to more easily transmit the plans by e-mail to your subcontractors.

The plans are free if we do the construction.
